IC/24 Data Backup & Disaster Recovery (BDR) Service

Can your business recovery quickly from a catastrophe?

How much down-time can your business tolerate from catastrophic data loss?

Have you recently tested & verified that your data recovery system works as intended?

Does your back-up system cover the loss of servers, or worst your facilities? Are you certain you have included everything?

Leave behind the uncertainties, and protect your business with IC/24 BDR Service.

A company’s data is its life blood, yet the majority of businesses lack a complete backup strategy or depend on old technology that will not perform when it is needed most.

Our service is much more than just a data-backup system, it is a complete Backup and Disaster Recovery solution. IC/24 BDR Services includes the following features:

  • We will install a NAS (Network Attached Storage) device at your office, which provides fast local backup of your data.
  • All of your data, including your server’s Operating System is backed up.
  • Automatic backups can be run as frequent as every 15 minutes.
  • Our team will monitor and test your backups frequently.
  • No additional charge for protecting SQL and Exchange servers.
  • Any member of our service staff can restore your lost files or folder in minutes.
  • Our NAS device is capable of acting as a “stand-by server”. In case of a server crash, we can provision the NAS device to take the place of your failed server, using the most recent backup. All this while still continuing to provide backup to your other servers.
  • Complete disaster recovery protection and business continuity. Optionally, your data may be kept at multiple secure data centers via encrypted upload. In the event of a catastrophe, we can return your data in another NAS device. In extreme cases, we can even provision a copy of your server at the off-site data center.

“Backup tapes have a failure rate of 20% when attempting to restore data!”
