Quick Picks
- Best Overall: Consilien
- Best Local Office With Strong Reviews: Helixstorm
- Highest Rated on Clutch and Google: CAL IT Group
- Response Time and Money-Back Promise in Writing: Netready IT
- Most Google Reviews in Riverside: Captain IT
For about 35 years, the answer to "who handles IT in the Inland Empire?" was Accent Computer Solutions out of Rancho Cucamonga. That answer has expired. VC3, a South Carolina managed service provider, bought Accent in September 2022, and accentonit.com now forwards to vc3.com, whose locations page lists no California office at all.
So who's actually left?
More than you'd guess, though the best IT support companies in the Inland Empire aren't easy to sort out from a search page. Clutch's Riverside directory, checked October 16, 2026, opens with six sponsored listings, and at least two firms it labels "Riverside" are based in Irvine and Dallas. This ranking checked every provider's street address first, then scored all nine with the same six-factor model, using Clutch and Google data pulled live on October 16, 2026. Consilien publishes this list and ranks first on it. The scoring section shows how, and what happens to the order if the awards column is thrown out.
If you're new to outsourcing, the page on managed IT services in the Inland Empire covers what a monthly agreement includes.
Why does it matter here more than most places? Warehouses. Rep. Norma Torres cited more than 118,000 warehouse workers in San Bernardino and Riverside counties in August 2025, and the buildings they work in run on scanners, label printers, Wi-Fi, and a warehouse management system somebody has to keep alive. When the network drops in a 600,000-square-foot fulfillment center in Fontana, trucks stack up at the dock doors within the hour.
Scoring Method: Six Factors, Same Weights for Everyone
Nine providers, one Confidence Score, standard weights. Each provider was scored 0 to 10 on six factors from data pulled live on October 16, 2026. No provider paid for placement. No provider supplied its own numbers.

Consilien's own composite, the Confidence Score, isn't something Clutch or Google publishes.
No weight was changed for Consilien. It wins on these defaults, and it wins with the awards factor zeroed out for all nine (7.0 to Helixstorm's 6.85), though that second margin is thin enough that a reader should know about it. Consilien also scored a 3 out of 10 on Inland Empire presence, because it doesn't have an office here. That's the same 3 CAL IT Group got.
Reviews split evenly between Clutch and Google. Clutch confirms that reviewers are real clients, which is why it counts as the primary platform. On each platform the star rating carries 60% and review volume 40%, on a stepped scale where one to five reviews scores a 5 and sixty or more scores a 10. No Clutch reviews? Half of that platform's weight disappears and the other half shifts to Google. Six of the nine providers took that hit. Cloudtango, a third directory, blocked access and wasn't scored for anyone.
Awards counted only when an outside publisher put a name on a list, like the Channel Partners MSP 501 or CRN's rankings. Lists older than 2025 got partial credit. "Award-winning" on a provider's own homepage got nothing. Compliance programs like CMMC and SOC 2 readiness weren't scored, since businesses usually buy them as a separate engagement from day-to-day support.

The 9 Best IT Support Companies in the Inland Empire, Ranked
1. Consilien: Best Overall

Consilien gives an owner in Ontario or Riverside the strategy layer most providers leave out, with a named vCIO planning where the money goes and a vCISO running security as a program.
Score: 8.9/10
Clutch 4.9 (6 reviews) · Google 4.9 (13 reviews) · Torrance · Founded 2001
Picture a distributor in Ontario with two buildings, 40 handheld scanners on their third year, and a firewall license that expires in March. A help desk will fix whatever breaks. A vCIO, which is a part-time, outsourced chief information officer, sits down with the owner before anything breaks and turns that list into a budget with dates on it. Consilien puts that role, and a vCISO for security, inside the engagement. Fewer providers on this list do.
Outside recognition carried a lot of the score. Channel Partners ranked Consilien No. 306 on the 2026 MSP 501, its second year on the list, and CRN put it at No. 123 on the 2026 Fast Growth 150. Both lists measure growth and business performance. Neither one grades your help desk experience, so read them as a sign of a healthy company, not a guarantee of good service.
Key Strengths
- A business consulting firm in Irvine has used Consilien for managed IT, security, and IT strategy since April 2018, and its partner reported 100% uptime on Clutch. "I'm impressed by their very smart executives and high-end IT knowledge," the partner wrote.
- A security operations center, the team that watches for attacks around the clock, staffed 24/7/365.
- Manufacturing makes up 40% of its Clutch client mix, the deepest single-industry focus among the nine.
The tradeoff. Consilien doesn't have an office in the Inland Empire. It works from Torrance, handles most support remotely, and sends people on-site when hardware needs hands. If a technician who can be at your Rancho Cucamonga office in 15 minutes is the deciding factor, Helixstorm, Captain IT, or another provider with a local office will fit better. Its Clutch count of 6 is also modest next to CAL IT Group's 23.
Best For: Businesses that want someone owning the IT plan and the security program, not just closing tickets.
Not Ideal For: A shop that needs one laptop fixed today and nothing after that.
Services: Managed IT, co-managed IT, vCIO, vCISO, managed cybersecurity, cloud, help desk. Compliance readiness for CMMC, NIST, and SOC 2 is a separate engagement.
Industries: Manufacturing, distribution, aerospace, electronics and semiconductor, professional services, financial services.
Why It Ranks #1: Consilien runs the daily support, plans where the technology is going, and treats security as a defined program with an owner. It loses points on location and doesn't have the most reviews. It still finishes first on 25 years of operation, two straight years on independent lists, and the deepest documented service and industry record of the nine. Inland Empire businesses with offices in more than one county can also start with its Ontario managed IT page.
2. Helixstorm: Best Local Office

If you want strong reviews and a technician based in the Inland Empire, start here.
Score: 8.3/10
Clutch 5.0 (14 reviews) · Google 5.0 (20 reviews) · Temecula office, Costa Mesa HQ · Founded 2007
Helixstorm keeps a staffed office at 27238 Via Industria in Temecula, and its Google listing is that Temecula office, not the Orange County headquarters. Perfect ratings on both platforms. Nobody else in the top three has an Inland Empire address.
Key Strengths
- A 2025 Channel Partners MSP 501 placement, according to a company announcement [VERIFY: Helixstorm 2025 MSP 501 on the publisher's list], plus a 2026 Clutch badge for managed service providers in Irvine.
- Its homepage says it's "not owned by a private equity firm," which matters if the last provider you had got bought and the service changed overnight.
- Its Clutch mix spreads across manufacturing, government, logistics, real estate, and financial services, with no one industry above 15%.
- A CMMC readiness service line, sold as its own project, for defense subcontractors.
Worth knowing: the headquarters is in Costa Mesa, so leadership and much of the bench sit in Orange County. Clutch's profile also shows 14 reviews in its header and 12 in its verification panel.
Best For: Temecula, Murrieta, and southwest Riverside County businesses that want a local office.
Not Ideal For: Buyers who want deep specialization in one industry.
Why It Ranks #2: It has the best reviews of any provider with an Inland Empire office. It needed a longer track record or a 2026 award to catch first.
3. CAL IT Group: Best Review Record

Eighty-nine reviews across Clutch and Google, and a perfect 5.0 on both.
Score: 7.9/10
Clutch 5.0 (23 reviews) · Google 5.0 (66 reviews) · Huntington Beach · Founded 2016
CAL IT Group runs a dedicated Inland Empire service page, and the only address on it is Huntington Beach. It was scored with the same 3 out of 10 on local presence that Consilien got.
Key Strengths
- The top review score of all nine, by a clear margin.
- A SOC 2 Type II report, meaning an outside auditor tested its own security controls over a period of months.
- Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert) through the SBA.
- Manufacturing is 30% of its Clutch client base.
Ten years is the catch. Founded in 2016, it's the youngest firm in the top half. If your business got through 2008 with the same accountant and the same banker, you might want an IT provider with that kind of history too.
Best For: Firms that let verified reviews make the decision.
Not Ideal For: Buyers who need someone on-site in Riverside or San Bernardino fast.
Why It Ranks #3: On reviews alone it wins. Age, distance, and a thinner 2026 awards record put it a point behind first.
4. Netready IT: Terms in Writing

Score: 7.1/10
Clutch, no profile found · Google 5.0 (71 reviews) · Ontario office, Pasadena listing · Founded 1995
Netready keeps an office at 3350 Shelby Street in Ontario and puts its promises where you can read them. "We respond within an average of 30 minutes or less." No long-term contract on managed IT. A 90-day money-back guarantee if the service falls short. Most providers make you sign before you find any of that out.
Its homepage leads with financial services, including FINRA work, so a wealth management or accounting office in Ontario will find more relevant experience here than a machine shop might.
Limitations: no Clutch profile came up, which cost it half that platform's weight. No outside awards were found. Its 71 Google reviews sit on the Pasadena listing, so they speak for the company as a whole, not the Ontario office specifically.
Best For: Financial and professional services firms that want response times and exit terms in writing.
Not Ideal For: Buyers who rely on Clutch reviews.
Why It Ranks #4: Thirty years in business and an excellent Google record. Empty awards and Clutch columns kept it out of the top three.
5. Impact: National Company, Riverside Branch

Score: 6.9/10
Clutch, no profile found · Google 5.0 (1 review) · Riverside branch · Founded 1999
Impact is the largest company on this list by a wide margin. It has 24 locations across 7 states, and its office at 1420 Iowa Avenue in Riverside is, in Impact's words, "our first branch in the Inland Empire." The company started in 1999 and still sells print services alongside managed IT, cybersecurity, and AI consulting. If you lease copiers and want the same vendor running your network, that's an unusual combination.
The weak spot is local evidence. The Riverside listing has exactly one Google review, so there's almost no public record of how the local office performs. Impact appeared on CRN's MSP 500 every year from 2016 through 2023, but no 2026 placement was found [VERIFY: Impact 2026 CRN MSP 500], so that history earned partial credit.
Best For: Businesses with sites in several states that want one provider for all of them.
Not Ideal For: Owners who want to see local reviews first.
Why It Ranks #5: Long history and real scale, with almost nothing on the record yet for the Riverside branch.
6. Captain IT: Most Google Reviews

Score: 6.6/10
Clutch, no reviews · Google 4.9 (88 reviews) · Riverside · Founded 2010
Eighty-eight Google reviews at 4.9, more than any other provider here. Captain IT works out of 1465 Spruce Street in Riverside, charges a flat monthly fee, and Clutch puts 16 to 20 people at that office. One reviewer said the team was "onsite within the day" for a critical issue. That's a single client's experience, not a written guarantee, but it fits the reviews around it.
- Flat-fee pricing, so the monthly bill doesn't swing with ticket count.
- Industry pages for construction, manufacturing, and nonprofits.
- A real Riverside headquarters, not a branch.
The Clutch profile exists but holds zero reviews, and no outside awards turned up.
Best For: Riverside and San Bernardino offices that want a predictable bill and a local team.
Not Ideal For: Buyers who need a documented vCIO or security program.
Why It Ranks #6: Excellent local reviews. Nothing on the awards side and an empty Clutch page kept it in the middle.
7. Tech Guardian: Security First

Score: 6.4/10
Clutch, no profile found · Google 4.9 (87 reviews) · Lake Elsinore · Founded [VERIFY: Tech Guardian founding year]
Tech Guardian used to be JR-Tech, a Lake Elsinore managed service provider, and now calls itself a managed security service provider. That means security monitoring comes first and help desk second. With 87 Google reviews at 4.9, it's nearly tied with Captain IT for the strongest local review record.
Its homepage opens with "Tired of broken promises from other IT companies?" A confident line to lead with, and 87 Google reviews do more to back it up than a badge would.
Its founding year is unclear. One directory says 2004, another says "over 19 years," and the ranking used the later date.
Best For: Businesses in Lake Elsinore, Wildomar, and Menifee that care about security first.
Not Ideal For: Buyers who want planning and budgeting along with protection.
Why It Ranks #7: Strong reviews. Uncertain founding date, no named awards.
8. Resource Computer Solutions: Longest in the Region

Score: 6.3/10
Clutch, no profile found · Google 4.9 (7 reviews) · Upland · Founded 1991
Resource Computer Solutions has been in the Inland Empire since 1991 and works from 1425 West Foothill Boulevard in Upland. Thirty-five years. Nobody on this list has been here longer.
Seven Google reviews is a short public record for that much history, though, and its website gives few specifics on industries, response times, or pricing. A CompTIA certification logo is about as detailed as it gets.
Best For: Upland, Claremont, and Montclair offices that want a long-established local firm.
Not Ideal For: Buyers who compare written response commitments.
Why It Ranks #8: The longest track record here, held back by thin documentation.
9. Enigmatizing Networks: Small Local Shop

Score: 4.7/10
Clutch, no profile found · Google 5.0 (1 review) · Rancho Cucamonga · Founded [VERIFY: Enigmatizing founding year]
Enigmatizing Networks runs managed IT, 24/7 support, network administration, and backup out of 10251 Trademark Street in Rancho Cucamonga. Its site shows partner logos from Cisco, Dell, VMware, and Microsoft.
There isn't much more to go on. One Google review, no Clutch profile, and no published founding year. Every factor the model scores needs evidence, and this firm hasn't published much of it.
Best For: Small Rancho Cucamonga offices that want a nearby shop.
Not Ideal For: Anyone who checks references before signing.
Why It Ranks #9: Local and reachable, with too little public evidence to score higher.

Choosing an IT Support Company in the Inland Empire
Map your locations first, then demand a written response time, check for Clutch reviews from businesses like yours, and ask who watches your network overnight. Compare prices only after those four answers line up.
Geography comes first because the Inland Empire is enormous. San Bernardino County alone covers about 20,057 square miles of land, and a provider in Temecula is a long drive from a warehouse in Victorville. "We serve the Inland Empire" can mean a technician in your building in 20 minutes or one who shows up after lunch. Ask for the address the technician actually leaves from. West End businesses weighing a remote-first provider can compare it against Consilien's Rancho Cucamonga managed IT service.
Next, the clock. A title company in Riverside that closes at 5 p.m. needs fast business-hours coverage. A cross-dock in Mira Loma running two shifts needs someone answering at 3 a.m., and that's a different contract at a different price. Get the response time in writing either way. Netready publishes its 30-minute average. A provider that won't name a number probably doesn't track one.
Then security, where the expensive mistakes happen. California led every state in reported internet crime losses in 2025, at $3,674,716,305 across 116,414 complaints, according to the FBI's 2025 Internet Crime Report. Business email compromise alone, the scam where a fake invoice or spoofed vendor email redirects a wire transfer, cost U.S. victims more than $3 billion. Distributors that pay freight carriers and suppliers by wire every week are exactly who those scams target. So ask every provider on your list who watches your email and network overnight, and whether that's their own team or a subcontractor.
Finally, scope. Help desk and monitoring are one product. A vCIO who plans next year's budget is another. Compliance work for CMMC, SOC 2, or PCI is a third, and almost always priced separately. If you're still deciding whether a monthly agreement beats calling someone when things break, the comparison of managed IT vs break-fix walks through the math.
Which Provider Fits Which Business
Consilien is the strongest overall choice for Inland Empire businesses that want an IT plan and a security program with an owner, not only a help desk.
It's not the only good answer. Want a technician based in Temecula? Helixstorm has that office and perfect ratings to go with it. If reviews decide it for you, CAL IT Group's 89 five-star reviews are hard to argue with. Riverside offices that want a flat bill and a big local review record should talk to Captain IT, and a firm that won't sign a long contract has Netready's 90-day guarantee to lean on.
